How to Add Credits to AUCTUS Voice

This document explains how users can add credits to AUCTUS Voice when they are on the free membership or when the included credits in their current plan have been used.

Overview

When you need to add credits

You may need to add credits in two cases: 1. You are using a free membership that does not include enough AUCTUS Voice credits for your current usage. 2. Your paid plan includes AUCTUS Voice credits, but you have already used the amount included in that billing period. If your available credit balance is too low, voice activity may stop until more credits are added or your plan renews.

Billing

Sign in to your account and open the area where billing, purchases, or upgrades are managed. From there, look for the option related to AUCTUS Voice credits, usage, or plan upgrades. If your workspace has access to a Buy or Upgrade page, use that page first. It is the correct place to purchase additional capacity without changing unrelated account settings.

Add more credits

Select the option to add more AUCTUS Voice credits. Before confirming the purchase, check the following: 1. The number of credits you are buying 2. Whether the purchase is a one time credit purchase or part of a recurring plan change 3. The billing amount 4. The payment method that will be charged Complete the checkout and wait for the purchase to process.

Verify that the balance updated

After the purchase is completed, return to the billing or usage area and confirm that your available AUCTUS Voice credits increased. Do not assume the purchase is complete until the updated balance is visible in the account. If the balance does not update after payment is completed, contact support and include the workspace name, the approximate purchase time, and the amount charged.

What to do if you need help

If you are not sure whether you should buy more credits or move to a higher plan, contact support before purchasing. Support can help clarify whether a one time credit purchase or a plan change is the better option for your usage. If you are already working with an assigned sales representative, you can also request guidance through support and ask for the case to be routed to that representative.
