Subscription Changes
Changing Your Subscription Plan
This document provides guidance on how to change your subscription plan, including upgrading, downgrading, and altering billing options, with steps for managing these changes effectively.
Overview
Types of Plan Changes
You can usually make three types of subscription changes:
1. Upgrade to a higher plan
2. Downgrade to a lower plan
3. Change billing structure, such as moving between available billing options
Before making a change, review what is included in the new plan so you understand how access, usage limits, and billing may change.

Accessing Subscription Management
Sign in to your account and open the section where billing or subscription details are managed. In that area, locate the current plan and choose the option to change, upgrade, downgrade, or manage the subscription.
Use the billing area for direct plan changes. Do not use support for basic changes unless the portal does not allow you to complete the change yourself.

Evaluating the New Plan
Before confirming a change, review:
1. The plan name
2. The included features or limits
3. The billing frequency
4. The amount that will be charged
5. Whether the change takes effect immediately or at the next billing cycle
Do not confirm a plan change until you understand how it affects cost and access.

Finalizing the Plan Change
Select the new plan, confirm the billing details, and complete the change. After confirmation, return to the subscription area and verify that the account now shows the correct plan.
If the plan does not update correctly, contact support and provide the workspace name, the current plan, the plan you selected, and the time the change was submitted.
Exceptions
Situations Requiring Support Assistance
Contact support instead of making the change yourself if:
1. The plan you need is not visible in the portal
2. Your organization needs a custom arrangement
3. You need help understanding how the change affects existing services or users
4. You completed the change but the account still shows the wrong subscription
